Configure coverage and eligible pickup locations.

Choose the store's coverage policy

In System → Configuration → Delivery & pickup, select the store and enable delivery. Review inherited defaults and overrides.

ModeEligibility
Map boundariesActive service areas and eligible stock.
City restrictionsConfigured city IDs; boundaries disabled.
Unrestricted saved addressesNo boundaries or city restrictions; default stock.
Global deliveryWorldwide addresses; eligible default/global stock.

Configure local delivery

  1. Enable delivery and choose boundaries or city restrictions.
  2. For boundaries, activate service areas and assign stock pools.
  3. Check source inventory, routing, schedules and capacity.
  4. Save with a reason; test covered and uncovered addresses.

Enable global delivery deliberately

Enable Global delivery coverage to bypass saved area/city restrictions. Turning it off restores those rules.

Global stock visibility alone does not authorize delivery. Global coverage still checks stock, routing, schedules, capacity and checkout charges; it does not create market currencies or country-specific policies.

Offer pickup from a connected location

  • Enable pickup at the store and connected location.
  • Set instructions, preparation time and stock.
  • Configure pickup calendars separately from delivery.
  • Test checkout with an explicit pickup location.
